Warranty
Image Business Furniture will repair or replace any defect/s which occur directly as a result of faulty parts, materials or poor workmanship.
Warranty will void if furniture has been tampered with or defect occurs because of:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect or accidental handling damage.
- The furniture is not being utilized in the manner for which it was designed.
- Water penetration due to spillage or flood, or fire damage.
- If furniture is used in an area other than specified (not office or commercial applications).
- Incorrect assembly or disassembly of fitment by the purchaser or any other third party
- Normal wear and degradation.
The warranty periods are calculated under normal 40 hours per week usage.

All warranty claims must be submitted for assessment in writing with details of the defect (including photographic evidence) & proof of purchase.
Customers are required to return the defective product to Image Business Furniture, Maroochydore QLD at their expense for repair. However, in certain circumstances Image Business Furniture may agree to conduct repairs at the customer premises.
Image Business Furniture will examine the product and decide if it is covered under warranty. Image Business Furniture will then, at its choice, either repair the defective product or if no longer sold by Image Business Furniture replace it with a comparable appropriate replacement product, Image Business Furniture will decide at its discretion what will constitute an appropriate replacement product.
